There’s something about this tale that just leaves a legacy as we wait for The Elder Scrolls VI to drop. We’ve all been buying new ports and versions on different platforms, even though we’ve completed every mission a million times. I have no doubt that Skyrim fans will be rushing to buy this new edition.
You’ll also be able to upgrade your current Special Edition to the Skyrim Anniversary Edition on your console or PC, but at a price. You’ll see new quests, weapons, armor, houses, and so much more. If you have Xbox Games Pass or Skyrim Special Edition, you’ll receive three Creation Club elements free, while there are over 500 elements within the game. Strangely, I’m not seeing any mention of the Nintendo Switch as yet, despite me owning the original and Blades on that device. The fantasy title will celebrate a decade of gaming on 11 November 2021, and it will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
Let’s begin with the main focus of the celebration: Skyrim Anniversary Edition.
